1. Information We Collect

Account information

Full name;

Password stored in protected, hashed form;

Account status and subscription plan;
Email verification and password recovery records.

BuzznessCard content

Professional and personal profile information;
Job title, company, biography, and custom fields;
Phone numbers, email addresses, websites, social media profiles, and messaging links;
Addresses and location descriptions;
Profile photos, cover images, company logos, product images, service images, and other uploaded media;
Visibility settings selected for each item of information.

Connections and relationship information

BuzznessCards you share, receive, or accept;
Connection requests and connection status;
The source of a connection, such as a QR code or link;
Private notes, meeting context, and relationship history that you choose to store;
Photos or other content that you voluntarily associate with a connection.

Technical and security information

IP address;
Device and browser information;
Operating system and app version;
Authentication sessions and security events;
Diagnostic, error, and server logs;
Usage information required to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

Create, authenticate, and manage your account;
Create and display your BuzznessCards;
Enable the sharing and receiving of digital business cards;

3. Public BuzznessCards and Shared Links

BuzznessCard allows users to share digital cards through QR codes, public links, and other sharing mechanisms.

Information marked as public may be viewed by anyone who has access to the corresponding QR code or public link. You are responsible for choosing which information to publish and for reviewing the visibility settings of your BuzznessCard.

Information restricted to connections is intended to be available only to users who have established an authorized connection with you.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

With other users: when you intentionally share or accept a BuzznessCard;
With service providers: companies that support hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, infrastructure, security, and technical operations;
